I found Free Spirit via AutoTrader and was impressed by their customer service record and award and they did not disappoint. Mark was brilliant from start to finish, in what became a longish journey to finally purchasing the car that I did. We communicated via phone, text and email and he was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful. I actually ended up purchasing a car he recommended but hadn’t considered, however it fit my needs and budget perfectly and was in really good condition with a low mileage. I feel confident that if I have any issues their mechanical team will be just as great. I think buying a car is about buying from a person just as much as it is about buying the car you want.
